Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 1 October 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ePaperOS website and services provided by OverBeta. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.
1. The services
ePaperOS is a cloud-based ePaper and eMagazine content management service that allows publishers to upload, publish and manage digital editions. Specific features available to you depend on your plan and the information on our pricing page.
2. Free trial
We may offer a 7-day free trial so you can evaluate ePaperOS. Trial workspaces may have limits and may be removed after the trial ends if you do not choose a plan.
3. Plans and payment
Plans are billed in advance for the selected term (one, two or three years). Prices are listed in Indian rupees and may be subject to applicable taxes. Promotional pricing, including limited-time offers, applies only for the period stated.
4. Your content
You retain all rights to the editions, images and other content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that content solely to provide the service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to publish the content you upload and that it complies with applicable laws.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, distributing malware, or publishing unlawful content.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep ePaperOS available and performant, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features over time to improve the product.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, OverBeta is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms. Refunds, where applicable, are handled under our Refund Policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
